Is this an MLM or a pyramid scheme?
No. You get paid when you write a policy for a real family and it stays on the books. That's the business. Nobody here is going to ask you to make a list of your friends and family, and we turn away people we don't think will make it, even though most shops would take anybody with a pulse.
What IMO is this?
An IMO (independent marketing organization) is the company that contracts agents with insurance carriers. Team Timeless is part of Family First Life (FFL), founded in 2013 and part of Integrity Marketing Group since 2019.

Is there a salary?
No. This is a 1099, commission-only role. No base, no draw, no benefits package. You're an independent contractor. That's exactly why the upside is uncapped, and exactly why the first 90 days are hard.
I'm not licensed. Can I still apply?
Yes. Most people who start here aren't. We'll point you to pre-licensing and walk you through the state exam and appointments. Expect a few hundred dollars and a couple of weeks of study, depending on your state. If you're not willing to get licensed, this isn't for you.
Do I have to cold call or knock doors?
No. We generate leads in-house through our own brand, without clickbait. The people you talk to raised their hand and usually already know who we are. For your first 90 days you'll work aged final expense or mortgage protection leads under Timeless Protection while you earn your reps, with fresh leads mixed in as you get better. We Protect Veterans leads are earned after that, not handed out.
Can I do this part-time?
As a bridge, yes, if you protect those hours like a shift. As a hobby, no. Skills go cold and momentum never compounds. If you apply part-time, be ready to keep a schedule.
What's a chargeback?
The carrier advances you 75% of the commission up front. If the client cancels or stops paying before you've earned it, the carrier takes that advance back from you. That's why we only write business a family can actually keep. Follow our system and standards and you won't have to worry about it.
How fast can I make money?
Honestly? It depends on you. Once you're licensed, appointed and on the phones, the first policy can happen fast. The first consistent month takes most people longer than they want. Run the calculator with a pace you'd actually hold, not your best-case week.
Where do I work?
Most of us work from home and live in one Discord: training rooms, deal help, call reviews, and somebody awake at 8pm when you're stuck.
