Make it official.
Get your National Producer Number (NPN). Finish the Launch Kit, including contracting. We cover your first 5 nonresident licenses. Starting commission contract: 80%.
- 03Month 1
Learn the standard.
Listen to calls. Attend every training. Ask questions. Start dialing aged final expense leads.
- 04Month 2
Activity rules.
Daily standard: 300 dials + 3 live transfers. Leadership helps close qualifying business. You earn the commission.

Prove you can apply it.
Sharpen your script, your underwriting and your client conversations. As you get better, fresh leads get mixed in with your aged. Keep showing up, even on the hard days.
